STUDYBOOKS may offer the option to connect your account to third party social networking sites. You can log in to our site using sign-in services such as Facebook Connect. These services will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Services like Facebook Connect give you the option to post information about your activities on this Web site to your profile page to share with others within your network. Integration with third party social networking sites includes, but is not limited to, the sharing of login credentials, including profile information and furthering STUDYBOOKS’s marketing efforts. Only those who are 18 years or older may use STUDYBOOKS. Personal registration information submitted by a person under the age of 18 will not be accepted. In compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles, STUDYBOOKS commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Privacy Shield policy should first contact STUDYBOOKS Customer Service Requests. Under certain circumstances if STUDYBOOKS is unable to satisfactorily resolve your complaint you may be able to take advantage of binding arbitration as indicated by Annex I Binding Arbitration Mechanism in the Privacy Shield Framework.

15. Transfer and Assignment of Rights
